Cancellation /Refund Policy

1Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel or modify any order within 60 minutes from placing your order. In such a case we shall refund any payments already made by you for the order as per the prevailing Refund Policy. However, once the order is processed it can’t be canceled.

2Return & Refunds:

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value.

However, please check the product on the delivery itself, and if it doesn’t meet your standards, you could return it right then and there and we will make sure a similar quantity/unit of that product reaches you in the next 48 hours.

If the payment has already been made, like in case of online payment, the refund shall be parked in the e-wallet automatically which you can use any moment in your future shopping else you can also opt for refund processed in the next 14 days through the same payment mode.

In case you have not noticed the defective item at the time of delivery, please note that you need to contact our customer service/ drop us a mail mentioning the quality issue to be eligible for the replacement/refund. Once the complaint is registered, in your next delivery we shall provide a replacement for the defective item(s).

Delivery Policy

We want to deliver your products on time every time as early as possible but operationally it is not viable to deliver each order individually so based on the ordering trend and feasibility we have categorized delivery into:

1Express delivery:

is when you require your delivery on priority and one of our delivery vans would just deliver your basket.

2Slotted delivery:

is when you have scheduled your delivery time as per the slots available.


You missed your delivery: Delivery van will only attempt to deliver your basket once as per your pre-selected delivery date and time, if in case you for any reason you missed your arrival slot and want to get that delivered again you need to get in touch with our customer care contact number and ask for the best available delivery date and time available.


Note: You will be charged again same price as per your order delivery charges
